The appointment comes as founder Loic Delor steps back from the day-to-day running of the business to focus on product development and special project.

Winterbottom had been serving as acting managing director since early January and will take on the role on a permanent basis from April 6th.

She moves into the role after joining the team at Josero as business development manager in October 2019.

Winterbottom has more than 20 years’ experience in the print industry and is also the co-founder of Women in Signs and Graphics, an initiative dedicated to inspiring, encouraging and promoting women in the industry.

“This is a very exciting opportunity for me personally and also for the future of Josero,” Winterbottom says.

“I am thrilled that Loic has the confidence in me to take over the running of the business, and look forward to continuing to grow it alongside the excellent team we have in place.”

Delor adds: “When Sarah joined the business, she brought different experience, energy and perspective.

“Within a few weeks it became very clear that she integrated very well into the team, and embraced Josero’s core business values and spirit, and from there Sarah contributed over and beyond her role, exceeding all expectations.

“Josero has grown a lot over the years and there was a need for a new face with the right energy and vision and the ability to take the company to the next level, and Sarah is the perfect person to take on that challenge.”
